In conclusion, a harmless, permeable, remote controllable and biophysical method for efficient neural differentiation of stem cells was developed based on the magnetic responsiveness property of magnetic nanoparticles. The combination of magnetic nanoparticles and magnetic field showed significant promotion effects on the neural differentiation of ESCs, which shows great potential for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases in biomedicine as mentioned before.
