摘要

The paper deals with the mathematical modeling longitudinal vibrations of the linear piezo actuators. The theory of the vibration of continuous structures is applied for modeling a stacked piezo actuator, which is considered as a continuous cantilever beam. The model has a form of a partial differential equation, which is solved with the use of the method of separation of variables (Fourier method). The calculation of the natural frequencies of the piezo actuator and the analysis of the effect of the loading mass on these frequencies is the main result of the paper.
