ICMA is holding its 40th Conference in Southern Florida in the beautiful City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, U.S.A. with endless miles of beautiful beaches and endless night life in the Fort Lauderdale area with exceptional shopping in the numerous world-class malls. I am Dr. Arturo G. Nisperos and on behalf of the ICMA Organizing Committee, as General Chairman, I am greatly honored to extend our warmest greetings to everyone who is attending our 40th International Conference on Cement Microscopy sponsored by the International Cement Microscopy Association (ICMA) and Co-Sponsored by MAPEI Americas with its headquarter in Deerfield Beach, Florida, U.S.A. In its 40th years of existence, we all celebrate its progress and contributions on new innovations and research thereby enhancing knowledge to this highly scientific industry, the field of microscopic evaluation of portland cement and related materials since ICMA's inception.
