An all-in-one nanoparticle (AION) contrast agent for breast cancer screening with DEM-CT-MRI-NIRF imaging

摘要

We developed an "all-in-one" nanoparticle contrast agent for use by DEM, CT, MRI, and NIRF imaging. AION produced strong contrast in phantoms and in vivo. Together with their good biocompatibility, AION have potential as an effective multimodal contrast agent for safe and flexible screening with a range of breast cancer imaging methods.
