Predicting Model about Next Crime of Serial Offender

In order to predict the next crime site, we assume that the choice of target of the offender depends only on distance and geographical characteristics. Then a new prediction model is established, which starts with a clear anchor point. Therefore, we can provide law enforcement personnel with criminal predictions.
