Automated Component/Equipment tray Access System (ACEAS) for Real Time Control

In recent years the development in technology has reached to a greater extend, where complete automation has been implemented in all places. With all of these revolutions, technology has also made our lives easier, faster and, better. In this work, an automated smart compo-equip tray has been designed which contains all the components, apparatus, equipment and wires required to perform the experiments. An identity card (Id-card) with barcode has been given to all the students for accessing the components in-order to perform the experiment. While taking the components/apparatus from the container the student has to scan their Id-card which keeps the track. In addition to it, LEDs are used to sense whether the components are replaced back and also its initial and final weights are noted in-order to avoid missing of components and apparatus. Thus man power and time can be reduced by implementing the proposed system.
