电池托盘自动摆放设备自动控制系统的设计

本文详细描述了电池托盘自动摆放设备的动作功能,以及电气控制系统的设计方法.该设备控制系统采用西门子S7-200 PLC控制(CPU224XP加EM221数字量扩展模块),以顺序控制程序为核心控制程序.通过主程序调用自动控制、手动控制、中断控制3个子程序,具备手动调整、自动循环、中断控制功能.该设备实现了托盘摆放的自动化,以机器代人,减轻了操作工的劳动强度,提高了工作效率.%The paper introduces the equipment action of the battery salver putting machine,and the method of electrical automatic control system design.The main controller for the electrical automatic control system is Siemens PLC S7-200 CPU224XP(add on an EM221,the digital input extension module).The master program are sequential control program,including OB1,SBR-1 (automatic program),SBR-2(manual program)and interruption control program.The equipment can fulfill automatic putting for the battery salver.It can decrease the intensity of the operators and improve the efficiency in a large scale.
