摘要

Conclusions: In this work we have decellularized cartilage matrix and encapsulated the matrix in MS. MS + dCM were cytocompatible and promoted migration of hMSCs. Further, we demonstrated that growth factors which diffused from dCM promoted hMSC chondrogenesis. The bioactive microspheres were incorporated within a 3D polymeric scaffold for future in vitro and in vivo studies.
