Electrochemical Immunoassay for Mucin 1 Detection as a Diagnostic Tool in Ovarian Cancer

In this work, a magnetic beads-based antibody sandwich immunosensor for the detection of MUC1 in buffered solution was presented. Moreover, the proposed immunosensor was used to detect MUC1 in commercial serum samples, offering a promising tool in biomedical applications.
