摘要

The parameters, answers and practices of the warming acceleration from natural and anthropogenic impacts on Earth's radiation balance are the general scope of this paper, with distinction of impacts from the water vapour and from the natural sources, instead of the CO_2. Aim is the optimum adaptation to the expected climate changes by using the environmental principles and regulations. The focusing on the applications of the precautionary principle with the radiation protection regulations, are the adaptation methods used. The main results obtained are adaptation measures, by the justification and optimization of every human impact to the Earth's radiation balance and by the application of the international limitation recommendations.
