摘要

In this work we report on the process optimization of single pass inkjet printed front contacts forindustrially fabricated solar cells. We initially observed locally defined areas of poor contact formation which lead toinactive areas of the solar cell. Methods were developed to diminish the impact of inhomogeneous contact formation.With the optimized processing conditions, efficiency gains of 0.2 to 0.4 %abs with Ag-consumption of 50.4 mg havebeen demonstrated for different cell architectures with both n- and p-type emitters.
