The correct determination of the equivalent parameters of slow-wave structures

The possibility of the correct replacement of a slow-wave structure with the equivalent line is demonstrated on the simplest slow-wave structure model, impedance comb. The offered method of the exact replacement allows determination of the applicable to the circuit theory equivalent parameters. It is shown that the real power flow and the conduction current in the impedance electrode unambiguously determine equivalent parameters of the slow-wave structures.
