An Upgraded Definition of Risk Based Process Safety Core Value and Its Impact in Light of Anthropology Intercultural Communication on Future Evolution of Process Safety Culture Management

Within this paper, some attempts to underpin Risk Based Process Safety "Temple" or 4 pillarsare made through an upgraded definition of RBPS core value, with which and in context ofanthropology and intercultural communication, 5 organizational patterns of process safety corevalue are examined to accommodate as an atlas of core values for process industry and beyond .And a new blueprint of future evolution of process safety culture and management is prospectedin light of the scheme in section 4.5 of this paper.
