Analysis of Graduates' Professional Maturity

Objective: Graduates' professional maturity was investigated to discuss and analyze the present situation and the influencing factors in order to provide the basis for counseling about graduates' professional career. Methods: Questionnaire survey was used with graduates from different grades and different disciplines in one university as subjects. All the data were treated with average data, t test and variance analysis. Results: Graduates' professional maturity as a whole was not high. There existed significant difference in discipline between graduates the factors, such as gender, family background, work experience, discipline satisfaction and education cost, could influence the development of professional maturity.
