摘要

Recently there have been a lot of researches in the academic field of international business, but these lacks of combining the research on Top Management Team characteristics, international marketing capability and international performance. Based on the resource-based theory, 187 Vietnamese small and medium enterprises (*) were studied, the characteristics of Top Management Team, international marketing capabilities and international performance were verified and proposal made and used as the relational model. The study shows that Top Management Team characteristics and international marketing capability have a significant and positive effect on international performance; international marketing capability plays full mediation role between the Top Management Team characteristics and international performance.
