Study of material-induced navigation of hMSC differentiation

摘要

Our study revealed that material can work as a navigator for hMSC differentiation. hMSCs incorporation showed the encouragement of the production and induction of red blood cells. The artificial niche constructed by using decellularized bone marrow and hMSCs may work as the scaffold for hematopoiesis in vivo.
