Novel therapy using a cryopreserved cultured dermal substitute and an EGF-incorporated wound dressing: cytokine production in culture system

摘要

Based on the results of this study we conclude that combination therapy of CDS that is re-cultured after thawing and an EGF-incorporated wound dressing is more promising for wound therapy than the originally described procedure, in which the CDS was used immediately after thawing and a conventional ointment-gauze dressing was used.
