摘要

Hydratable alumina bonded corundum based castable has received increasing attention because of its high strength and good volume stability at high temperatures.However,the problem with relatively poor strength at the intermediate temperatures has limited its use in practice.In this work,hydratable alumina bonded corundum based castables with different contents of microsilica were prepared,with emphasis on investigating the relationship between the strength and the microstructure of the castables at intermediate temperature range.
