The development of long-term relationships with customers includes various aspects that the company should review. One of these is the selection of employment who serves customers. It is necessary understand customers' requirements in the service contact and how they want to be treated. With this understanding, companies can define the profiles of employees allocated to the various types of customers. This article presents a method of classification for customers based on their expectations of service and what characteristics and abilities need the employees to serve these customers. By applying the mathematical model called the Hungarian algorithm, we proceed to assign to each customer the ideal employee profile that best meets their expectations of treatment in the service.
