Analysis of Six Sigma and Its Application in Chinese Enterprises

In today's business, Six Sigma method is an advanced management theory and methods to pursue excellence. Many domestic companies are to learn from the Six Sigma management method, but there are many drawbacks in the process of promoting the implementation, because of Chinese enterprises with a specific corporate culture and the environment. We get the critical success factors from the detailed analysis of the present situation and problems when Chinese enterprises apply Six Sigma management. We hope what we do can help the Six Sigma organization towel manage and control the core factors, improve the possibility of successful application.
