With the special characteristics of power engineering project in construction process, there are many uncertainty risk factors. This paper estabLished a comprehensive risk evaluation index system through analyzing its characteristics and industry environment, and at the same time mathematical model was adopted. First of all, column and inverse method was used to calculate the weight of each index, and then fuzzy evaluation method was used for the risk degree evaluation. QuaLitative and quantitative analysis were combined to calculate the risk degree of power engineering project, and obtained the risk degree was medium. Example calculation shows that the method can well evaluate the risk of power engineering project management and it provides theoretical basis for power grid enterprises to strengthen the work of risk management.
机译:由于电力工程项目在建设过程中的特殊性,存在许多不确定性风险因素。通过分析其特点和行业环境,建立了综合的风险评估指标体系,并采用了数学模型。首先,采用柱逆法计算各指标的权重,然后采用模糊评价法进行风险度评价。定量分析与定量分析相结合,计算出电力工程项目的风险度,得出的风险度为中等。实例计算表明,该方法能够较好地评价电力工程项目管理的风险,为电网企业加强风险管理工作提供了理论依据。
