Organizational Management improvement by using main aspects of strategic management

摘要

with emphasise on organizational management role on strategic management, this paper has been written with focus on main aspects of strategic management in organization management. In this paper, in addition to introducing of these aspects, some solutions for implementation of strategic management has been presented. The main target of this paper is reviewing the most important effects of strategic management based planning in organizations.
