A New Study on Sports Stadium’s Exploitation and Management of the 7th National Games of Peasants

In order to evade the problems existing in construction and management of the stadiums and guarantee the smoothness of the construction of the stadiums of the 7th National Games of Peasants, a new model to exploit the stadiums of the 7th National Games of Peasants is put forward. The author conducts a feasibility study on the developing plan of the stadiums before started building, suggesting that the designers should adopt PRE-POST mode to guarantee and fulfill the sustainable development of the stadiums and set a good foundation for the city's long-term development as well. Moreover, this paper also conducts a qualitative analysis of the risks in various stages of the whole life cycle of the stadiums and gives out some countermeasures in precaution and management.
