Higher vocational education is to improve the professional ability of the students. In the social and economic transformation and regional economic characteristics, the innovation of personnel training model, the curriculum reformation to reflect the characteristics of vocational education, are problems before the higher vocational educators. The paper proposes the training mode of "Post · Module · Credit System", which is discussed in detailed. This training mode can be summarized as "recruit students of heavy calibre, post diversion, professional guide, independent vertical and horizontal, and credit system". AS for the training mode, we had practiced in our college and the problems exiting are discussed.
