摘要

College students' self-management refers to fully mobilizing their subjective initiative to develop a series of events such as self-cognition, self-plan, self-organization and self-control by integration of all the resources. College students' future careermanagement is a system arrangement which is to establish goals for oneself, to choose the career development path, to make sure of studying plan, to cultivate professional ability and to achieve career goals on the basis of comprehensive analysis of onesown restricting factors. The relationship between the above two is mutually intertwined and promoted each other, no matter in time, goal setting, skills training, implementation and feedback control. This article aims to bring the college students' selfmanagement into the whole process of professional career management from a new discipline Angle. The college students' self-management is taken as an important means of the professional career management which open up a new way for the college students' self-management. At the same time, according to the Lagging concept, mechanism relying on and difficulty in system innovation for college students' selfmanagement in practice, This article put forward with the college students' career management platform for career development as the guidance to ensure the college students' self-management. Through the four year career of exploration and progressive training self management ability, so as to realize the goal at the same time.
