The main objectives of this paper are the following: 1) The analysis of the actual state of planetary defense against hazardous asteroids both in the world practice and in Russia; 2) Development of a structural scheme of a multilevel system for planetary defense against hazardous asteroids; 3) Development of a structural scheme of a distributed integrated navigation system of the pair "target asteroid"-"projectile asteroid" of a multilevel system for planetary defense against hazardous asteroids.
