We put forward a project on alterable clamping force fixture direct at a constant clamping force fixture has an effect on part machining accuracy.According to the cutting force,the fixture optimization analysis the best clamping points and the clamping force of each point.The fixture can automatically adjust clamping force to suit with the cutting force so as to reduce the cutting deformation of machining system.We adopt the same process step numerical control technique to carry out self-adapting clamping function and adopt high speed on-off valve serve as kinetic control element of hydraulic pressure system to control the clamping force.
