Product liability risk is one of the risks Chinese small and medium-sized export businesses have to face. If the countries who import Chinese goods have strict product liability law, defect products will bring great danger to those Chinese small and medium-sized export businesses which are not rich and strong enough. Consequently, it is high time for Chinese small and medium-sized export businesses to realize the importance of product liability and carry out research to find out countermeasures.
