Six Sigma Management in Real Estate Industry

摘要

Six Sigma Management is a way of pursuing perfection and is originated from the manufacturing with many successful cases in applying six sigma.Its core is a high customer satisfaction and low cost.Because of the characteristics of the real estate,it is a real challenge to implement Six Sigma Management.By studying the characteristics of the processes of real estate industry and comparing the mode of implementing Six Sigma in manufacturing industry,the paper puts forward of a mode of implementing six sigma management based on DMAIC mode in real estate industry,and introduce five keys of implementing six sigma management from corporate strategy,corporate culture,teamwork and training in real estate industry.This may provide the mode and the frame of implementing Six Sigma Management for Real Estate Enterprise and serve as solid reference to the implementation of Six Sigma Management in Real Estate Enterprise.
