Human Resource Management in Construction Field through an Intelligence Model

摘要

Complication of construction activities demands more intelligent managers and more effective construction management teams.In this paper,through definition of sub-intelligences and establishment of their simulation equations,we present an intelligence model,by which human resource management in construction field can be improved.Besides,some useful suggestions are given for managers in construction field.
