Human resources management,as an important means gaining core competitiveness of enterprises,has been more and more concerned by the real-estate business.On the analysis of the general characteristics of our real-estate business in human resources management and the existing problems,we focused on the strengthening of human resources management,and enhancing core competitiveness in our real-estate business.And we bring forward major countermeasures: strengthening the management of human resources management department; emphasizing on staff recruitment and training; establishing a competition mechanism; paying attention to sexual and gender differences when designing staff performance appraisal standards; perfecting incentive system,establishing a multilevel incentive and restraint mechanisms,strengthening the overall construction of enterprise culture and nurturing entrepreneurship.
机译:人力资源管理作为获取企业核心竞争力的重要手段,已经越来越受到房地产企业的关注。着力加强人力资源管理,增强房地产业务的核心竞争力。提出了主要对策:加强人力资源管理部门的管理。强调人员的招聘和培训;建立竞争机制;在制定员工绩效考核标准时要注意性别差异;完善激励机制,建立多层次的激励约束机制,加强企业文化整体建设,培育创业精神。
