摘要

Pushed to the market, universities can exist and develop better only by enhancing their all-round ability together with their teaching quality. One way to make use of Customer Satisfaction Theory in the field of university teaching management is to build students' satisfaction-measuring system. In this paper, basing on the idea of customer satisfaction management, the IE education was investigated and improved by selecting fuzzy model, then computing and analyzing utilizing the fuzzy comprehensive appraisal principle. The student satisfaction-measuring method expands the application of the Satisfactory Theory to the education of undergraduate course of the university. It is the university that educates another new supplement testing and assessing the system.
