摘要

To modify the release of antigen from PLGA microspheres, non-ionic surfactant was added during microencapsulation of diphtheria toxoid. Continuous type controlled release was attained by the increases in the ratio of surface antigen, due to the interfacial hydrophobic interaction between surfactant and protein.
