摘要

In this paper two hybridoma cell lines (3E3 and 4B6) which secret monoclonal antibodies (McAb) against human HBsAg were established by hybridoma technique. These two cell lines are supposed to be used for producing bispecific antibody against both HBsAg and human red blood cells, which would provide a simple mehtod for assay of HBsAg in human sera by autologous red blood cell agglutination.
