摘要

The purpose of the study is to determine how different stresses such as academic, non-academic, and in between stresses are associated with academic performance among Hispanic undergraduate students. We used confirmatory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis using data collected from 83 Hispanic undergraduate students. The results indicate that only academic stress is negatively associated with GPA. Neither non-academic stress nor in-between stress is significantly associated with academic performance. Managerial implications and conclusion are addressed.
