摘要

An integrated modelling approach based on metabolic signal flow diagram and cellular energetic was used to model the metabolic pathways in the cultivation of yeast on glucose focusing on the investigation of the flow direction of the main metabolic flux and the enzymatic activation of particular reaction loop.
