THE DEVELOPMENT AND USE OF PROCESS CHEMICALS FOR SUGAR FACTORIES IN CHINA

摘要

In the last decades, the use of process chemicals (special assistants )have become very important auxiliary agent in China for the process of sugar factory. In this paper, the progress of research and application of process chemicals used during different stages of sugar manufacture in China are discussed.
