In this study, the electroless plating is employed to fabricate the hydrogen sensors based on Pd/InP Schottky diode. From the voltage-current characteristics, the hydrogen sensing performance including sensitivity, detection limit, and response speed are investigated. Furthermore, the detection model is proposed from the experimental results combining with the theoretical basis.
