We had been researching the storing characteristics of ozone usingrnsilica gel. The ozone gas that was discharged from the silica gel wasrnfound to be different from normal ozone which was generated by thernozone generator. We had thought the process in which ozone changesrnits phase at first from gas to vapor depended on reducing therntemperature. We then thought that ozone vapor was condensed to arnliquid state with conditions which were under the critical temperaturernand over the critical pressure according to Kelvin's law.rnOzone clusters (Dimer & Trimer) could be synthesized by this method,rnwhich detached ozone from the silica gel without requiring anyrnadditional energy. These ozone clusters didn't decompose at roomrntemperature and atmospheric pressure over a half-day.rnWe believed that this phenomenon happened as a result of thernevaporating liquid ozone. Using this process, we could concentraternozone gas without supplying any additional energy.
