Using the new generation IGBT modules reasonably for inverters

摘要

This paper will introduce the newest generation IGBT modules,which is developed by Mitsubishi Electric,including the advanced 6 th generation chip technology,diode performance,switching performance and NTC resistor,etc.And the application tips,which are helpful to use the IGBT module reliably,will also be explained in this paper,including the selection of the gate resistors,application of NTC temperature and calculation of junction temperature,etc.
