Enterprises in China are always in a dilemma that the enterprise's supply of training is, to a comparatively large degree, impeded by the loss of trained staff. This dilemma roots in the defects of the training mechanism of enterprises. These defects include defects of training liability mechanism, employee training motivation mechanism and employee training restriction mechanism. Under the conditions of current market economy, Enterprises in China should innovate in the training mechanism and through the establishment and improvement of its training liability mechanism, employee training motivation mechanism and employee training restriction mechanism, and initiate a new phase of enterprise training.
