Discussing the Problems in the Process of Construction of Digital Library

The construction of the digital library has now reached the implementation phase since its inception. The speed and efficiency of the development of Digital Library in China has surpassed what have been achieved by any other countries in the world. However, there still are a few problems. This article will discuss the problems about resources construction and sharing, the integration technology of various types of digital resources and digital copyright, and will suggest some solutions.
