摘要

This work talks about the conception and realization of the cognitive tools that compound the external memory of these agents. Using this memory they will have the possibility of observing the interaction of the student with the computational environment and realizing many kinds of collaborative activities. One of the main characteristics of these agents is the capacity of interpreting an external memory that contains a set of information about the actions already realized. These actions are the indexes that make possible to these agents the decision making, this is, they begin to remember of cases or contextual situations that can help to the learner in the actual alphabetization process.
