PREDICTION OF PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF POLYMERS

摘要

Quantitative Structure-Property Relationships are now available for the estimation of many properties of polymers with good accuracy. They are easy to use, and useful in understanding qualitatively how to modify polymer structures to obtain the desired properties. These methods can be easily computerized, and have been computerized by various software vendors. Application of these methods can improve both productivity and quality of R & D in polymer related work.
