The Design and Manufacture of Flat Shadow Mask for 73cm Multimedia CPT

摘要

An calculating method and designing process of flat shadow mask for 73cm super flat square multimedia CPT is presented. According to the calculating result, the flat shadow mask had been manufactured and tried to assemble CPT. According to the experimental result, we modify the designing data. Finally, the flat shadow mask for 73cm multimedia CPT had been designed. In the condition that new mould for making the shadow mask is not required and new CPT is manufactured on the original assemble-line. The resolution of new CPT is increased to 800 lines from original 600 lines. The white uniformity and brightness characteristic etc. are equal to those of ordinary CPT.
