摘要

Ageing population problem is a difficult 'population-society-economy' complex system problem. The ageing population problem is an exoteric gigantic system with dissipation structure and multi-variables, multi-loops and nonlinear feedback structures. The action of the system have anti-vertical and think skin to the changes of interior parameter. This paper applies the systems dynamics methods to establish models of ageing population in Shanghai, the typical city facing ageing population in China, and probe into the impact and challenge of ageing population in regional economy, society and human resources. With a view to the complex dynamic relation of Shanghai ageing population system, five aspects were simulated, and based on the simulation the paper presented some reasonable proposals to solve regional ageing population problem.
