In this paper, the control algorithm of the grid-side converter of CRH EMU is studied, in order to improve the stability of the control system and optimize the output performance index of the grid side converter. Firstly, the operational principle of the grid-side converter and the commonly used transient current control algorithm are analyzed. Then the DQ current decoupling control algorithm is introduced. On this basis, an optimal transient current control algorithm is proposed based on the advantages of the two control algorithms. Finally, the computer simulation and test performance comparison are carried out. The simulation and experimental results indicates, comparing with common transient direct current control algorithm, the optimized transient current control algorithm has better dynamic response capability, and the output performance index of grid-side converter is significantly improved, taking on good robustness.
