Based on the survey of the implementation effects and the satisfactory degrees of the enterprisernInformatization in the seventy-nine Wenzhou pilot/model enterprises, the paper makes a statistical analysis of thernfactors deciding the success of Informatization, the level that it stands in, the effects of its application, thernplanning as well as the satisfactory degrees of preliminary performance, the implementing process and thernimplementation effects, which provides related proof and data support for the Informatization of morernenterprises.
