Based on the survey of the implementation effects and the satisfactory degrees of the enterprise Informatization in the seventy-nine Wenzhou pilot/model enterprises, the paper makes a statistical analysis of the factors deciding the success of Informatization, the level that it stands in, the effects of its application, the planning as well as the satisfactory degrees of preliminary performance, the implementing process and the implementation effects, which provides related proof and data support for the Informatization of more enterprises.
