In Radar applications [1,2] any Pulse-to-Pulse amplitude and phase change in the transmitted/received signal can affect the Radar performances in terms of Cancellation and MTI (Moving Target Indicator).The present paper will focus on the characterization of a high performances/low cost T/R Module and related components: in particular PM and AM Pulse-to-Pulse measured stability better of 75 dBc will be shown.
